Below is an explanation of each of the formats and some basics for using the format. Your newsletter is also posted to a unique webpage, such as these:

Additionally, if you use a web-based email marketing service, such as Constant Contact, we can integrate your newsletter into the service. 

PDF Format
Designed for sending as an attachment to an email and for printing in either color or black & white.
  • Attach to an email and add a personal message in the email body.
  • Here are some ideas for your newsletters

    • Great for setting out in your lobby.
    • Setup a brochure rack in local real estate office lobbies and refill the hard copies each week or month.
    • Send to realtors for use in their marketing material, such as open house packets.

HTML Email Format
Designed for easy forwarding to your contacts in the body of an email.
  • We embed your Newsletter as an image in the body of an email and send the email to you.
  • You open the email, hit the “Forward” button, remove the DoMyMarketing.com headers and send it to your contacts.
  • The body of the email contains the same great content and does not require your contact to open an attachment.
  • The newsletter also contains a link to the PDF version of the newsletter, so your contact can print the newsletter if they choose.

 JPEG Format
Designed for power users of programs such as ACT! and other contact managers enabling mail merges of HTML email templates.

  • We convert your Newsletter to a 700-pixel-wide (or any pixel width) JPEG image(150 dpi) and email it to you as an attachment.
  • Using your contact manager’s mail merge capability to send HTML formatted emails, insert your Newsletter and send to all your contacts.
  • Also works great just to embed in the body of an email and send to a distribution list.
  • Can be posted and easily read on your website.
